You will want to make sure you have it fenced, with the proper type of gate latchthat is child proof, have all signs in place pointing out swim at your own risk, nolifeguard on duty, a lifesaver ring, etc.Regarding expense, many people don't understand how logical it is to switch fromchlorine to salt system to keep the water properly chlorinated.

PM got in touch with the police - wish I could make this up... apparently the tenant, alone with her child, was scared by a contractor knocking on the front door - so she called the cops.

In 2010, my wife at the time who also had a child with me, cheated on me a week before I was going to close on a duplex home for us to live and I was kicked out of her house and was left homeless for 3 months until I moved with my father (embarrassing).

Seems agricultural hasn't been mention, its a calls of its own under commercial, a step child so to speak, a rural area with no zoning usually defaults to ag and while it can be used for a variety of commercial ventures, location usually restricts options.One of the most interesting and profitable areas or RE is changing existing properties to a higher use.
