Hey John,I'm not a pilot, wanted to go to USNA and be a F16 pilot, went to USNA Prep as a CPL in the USMC in Newport RI, flunked the Jet flight physical at 6'4", cried like a baby to the flight surgeon, said I could fly other machines, but no at 19 wanted my jets, that's another story.Your point about training and charging based on "how much do you want to make" and a percentage of your goal is intriguing.

I worked for a group of individuals that bought legitimate businesses where their vacation homes were located for the purpose of deducting their trips.Worked out very well for them since they made money with the business and saved money on their private jet travel to the area.

Perhaps popcorn texture is common/popular in your area, but in many areas, it's actually considered out-of-date and undesirable, and you may be adding some value by getting rid of it and repainting the ceiling.Just a thought...like I said, I don't know your area, so I could be way off base...
