Don't think that working well with numbers would be a motivational factor, nor the ability to to conjure up spreadsheets.It is a swap from having **** managers tell you what and how to do whatever, AND there's a lot more face-face people work.IMO, REI is a direct path to stop spending your day benefiting Corp Am and start living your own dreams, soon enough that you can enjoy them.We went to Italy in 2006 and we're STILL talking about it. 

They could bri an extra set of clothes to swap in to and wash and dry their dirty clothes if you want that tested too. 

In my ideal system, you wouldn't be swapping - you would move to the back of the list after selling and the buyer would forfeit their current spot on the list.It doesn't seem to be prohibited by our guidelines but I'm looking for any examples of how this could work or not work.Thoughts?

This is very common and can be handled with a simple one-page lease addendum to add, delete, or swap out a tenant. 

If you try to swap the houses you own into the LLC you are going to have to pay for closing costs again.

A lot of people use handyman types under the radar to set toilets and replace water fixtures, but if you're hiring legit plumbing and electrical companies, even something as easy as swapping all the plugs, switches, and a few light fixtures will cost you $1k.

This will be my first year digging into the tax strategies and have read a few BP books on the subject (tax strategies for the savvy REI, & Advanced tax strategies).Does anyone have any recommendations for CPA's if I find that my current one has to be swapped out for next year?
