I think the new boiler and water heater I had to put in will suffice.  

As far as income, credit, and lender letters, i have prepared employer for these recommendation letters. i have also mentioned to lenders that i can transfer with work easily and have only kept this $45k/yr position to suffice 2yr work history, I have $60k base sales positions redilly available, even though this is not very impressive. 

It would take me a year probably, suffice it to say that his approach to solving the rubix cube is way better than mine.So you mention a few different arenas for investing.
