As far as income, credit, and lender letters, i have prepared employer for these recommendation letters. i have also mentioned to lenders that i can transfer with work easily and have only kept this $45k/yr position to suffice 2yr work history, I have $60k base sales positions redilly available, even though this is not very impressive.
