@Akiem Jones , if the PM company is local to you, write up the notice, stamp the envelope, and ask if they will write the forwarding address on the envelope and stick it in the mail for you.

But thanks to @Matthew Rogers, I just found out you can buy forever stamps on Ebay at a discount, so that should cut the cost down a little bit. 

I paid a lawyer $6 for a 35 cent stamp!
