@George Blower Thanks to you as well, however, I am curious if "metals" factor in such precious metals as gold, silver, platinum, etc?

Stockton University will be opening it's Atlantic City campus this year which consists of a Residence building on the beach block, Academic building across the street and a shared garage with South Jersey Gas.

Areas such as Columbia, Florence, Rock Hill, Myrtle Beach, Greenville and all surrounding areas.

The jobs are gunna come from the Seaport area,  with the extended Silver line 3 it opens the door for transportation into Seaport from part of Everett/Chelsea.

You’ve gotta take the good with the bad and see the silver lining in everything.

I am an investor in the Rochester NY market but I am looking to purchase an investment/vacation home in the Delray beach area of Florida.

Although I'm open to working with any lender regardless of location, I'd prefer if it were in Charlottesville, Harrisonburg, Richmond, Virginia Beach or Norfolk. 

@Tiffany Ralston - I use the marketplace and for silver level coverage (80% coinsurance and a doctor visit is like $25 with prescription coverage) it is $500 / mo just for meI don't have any pre-existing conditions and do not take regular medicationIf anyone has a better / cheaper solution I would be open to hearing it
