Sounds like we may have a handful of people who would be willing to do a Zoom session in the Albany/Saratoga region.   

An attorney did a session at RENC several months ago and investors fired all sorts of kooky questions at him.

I just attended BP con and sat in to listen to some of the creative finance session.

If TSLA drops 5% in one session we shrug and say "must be a Tuesday".

I have not taken any of the coaching sessions or even bother with the material shipped as it didn't seem to be anywhere worth what I paid for the program.

So in DC that could change at any moment, and in the next legislative session in Maryland next January we will likely see new legislation that will pass and change the current landscape. 

The platforms they join might also be an educational tool for those new to real estate investing, providing resources and frequent Q&A sessions to help investors make informed decisions by allowing investors to ask questions, connect with other investors, and better understand a company's values and investment strategies.Overall, an investment company's approach highlights the importance of aligning one's values with their investments.

Usually, with a membership suffering from apathy, that path is BAD.The "real" work gets done...theoretically, at the regular BOD meetings, which ALL Owner/Members can attend (except for executive sessions, which are, by law, very narrow in scope of what can be discussed).
