The vendor function is to keep track of bills to pay.When I'm just entering in checkbook transactions or credit card transactions, I'll put the name in, but then choose the option that is "Quick Add" or whatever it's called, which just adds the vendor name, but nothing else. 

I've been using Podio but I need more functionality than it's currently providing.

Kitchen has had an active leak- source unknown- that has damaged most of the cabinets, master shower and tub are non-functional, AC unit needs to be replaced, garage door needs to be replaced.

I see replacing the unit if energy conservation is important to you or you want a better functioning unit in your apartment for future use.

@Noah JonesThere are several heat-pump options - both ductless and centrally ducted - which function down to -25C (-13F) and a couple which claim to operate to -30C (-22F).  

It needs to be a basically complete and functional home.

I use QB Desktop and I remembered seeing this function there but maybe not the same with Online QB.

The 90+ hour work weeks coupled with the rotating work schedule of days/nights has led me to reevaluate my priorities.

I currently work overseas on a 2 month out 1 month stateside rotation.

But that’s as much of a function of who you work for as your specific position.
