I'm renting out the renovated home and have put up a privacy fence that defines the yard, leaving a well defined adjacent lot.

They would not tell me which tenant due to privacy issues. 

It was great, felt kind of like being in college and living with friends again, except everyone was much more mature and respectful of each other's space and privacy.

@Andrew Bissada sounds like you should focus on getting 2 units on one lot that are separated/not joined for better privacy.

It's highly unlikely that your tenants will happen to own gold or silver coins, foreign currency, or cryptocurrency that they can pay you with.

Everyone has a mortgage...it's like people being afraid of giving out their address to people for "privacy" reasons.I can find most peoples address in 5 minutes...it is all public.
