I need help picking a market.

Separately - if anyone knows a digital interior designer would love to pick there brain for an hour and obviously willing to pay. 

There is still good money to be made in AZ, FL, GA, TX and other states, however, picking the right submarkets is key.

I was able to locate the correct one through a local vendor, but it still took two hours to go pick it up.

He has even come to my personal house to pick up money and some things I ordered from Amazon to be installed in the property, and fronted some of his own money to keep things moving while I wait for the draw from my lender to clear.

 Hello Venus, I am not in the Jacksonville area, but it’s an area I’m looking at to picking up some properties.

Then a year later, when I learned they still have over 30 vacant condos, I figured I pick up another one for $40K, but this time the real estate agent said, they're going for $65K now.

We had to figure it out and we succeeded...sometimes better than those replaced and sometimes worse depending on the person who left and the person picking up the responsibility. 

Actually I almost spit my coffee out this morning as there is a guru in the "pick what I am selling today space" who claims to make close to six figures a year in passive income and was saying they made their money from investing in notes - and I saw them make a post today that "this is the reason I no longer do notes" in another thread.
