I interviewed with KW and they basically needed 3-5 mornings of mine per week for various in-office educational requirements, calling blasts, desk time, meetings, etc. 

Thank you for any thoughts, I am planning to close on the HELOC next Tuesday, 2/27/18, and will be reading the fine print for the loan in advance once the bank sends it to me tomorrow morning.

Good morning Brian,I like using dotloop- we have all of our real estate forms (offer sheet, listing agreements, disclosure forms, etc) on this program and they have an e-signature feature.

I received the disclosures in the morning with a stated 30 year fixed 5.0% interest rate (0 points) for a $70,000 SFR investment property with 20% down.

Long story short, you can invest in real estate in the military, it is about what you want to put into it.I go to my renovation house and work on it from about 4-530 in the morning before PT Monday through Friday to save on rehab costs.

Or take an option of the property.. give them 10 to 20k non refundable option and then wait it out.just thinking out loud as I have my coffee.... 6:48 in the morn here LOL
