I'm interested to hear what works too, I've seen a few options that can integrate with Excel such as Geckoboard, QuickBase, Klipfolio; and then you can make dashboards within Excel itself. 

Have anyone here tried to sell through social media?

The media can make things very dark and negative .

I would like to meet anyone that are Investors, Agents, lawyers, Wealth Managers, Influencers, Social Media Marketers, Veterans or CPA's.Thanks for having me.

The quote is to get a number obviously but also kind of an interview for you to judge their integrity and character.I like to find guys who are kind of on my level - have some experience but working on scaling up.

We get caught up in the social media and reporting that leads to fear as opposed to action.  

If you don't believe there are juicy deals to be had on MLS and/or Craigs list or any other media, I'd say it's just (currently) your lack of experience.
