Just to clarify, you are wanting to sell your position on the lease? 

We have a pretty solid lease that has served us well on our properties but on the most recent move-out by a long-term tenant that always paid early, we had to clean from floor to ceiling and everything in between. 

Note: All units are leased out currently and the total rent is currently equal to the interest payment we’re making so we’re at a break even but obviously can’t do this forever.

Could you merge LLC-B and LLC-A before the sales process and do a cleaner exchange?

These agreements can last for up to 80 years, and you can transfer or sell the lease, offering flexibility.

Are your referring to short term rental or long term lease property?

I'm interested in renting out rooms and would like to know what provisions are people including in there leases to protect themselves and their tenants.
