I have met the owners / programmers and they are great people.

First, let me say that I'd never even heard of the Uniform Partnership Act (UPA) until this post, so everything I know about it is based on Internet research over the past 10 minutes...so take this for what it's worth...It sounds like the UPA is a governing act that recommends rules for partnerships that each state must adopt independently (and it sounds like all but one state has adopted the rules).

Does that mean that everytime a wholesaler uses a contract off the Internet, they're breaking the law?

These come and go, but as of late, I've seen a huge increase on the internet that are scammers based in Europe.

The internet is such a great resource for research that I cannot really see the benefits of using a loan agent.

I'm a programmer so it peaked my interest, but I just can't remember where I saw the article I read about it.

In addition, I have read articles where huge hedge funds are starting to invest in sfh and mf by purchasing thousands of them at one time.These scenarios remind me the days of the internet stock bubble.

I am not willing to invest in the State I live in so I am combing the Internet looking for a new state/city to relocate to.
