I know this is harsh but so is your ignorance, fact is cash home buying has grown 10,000X over in the last decade, sellers have TONS of options now online and they do the simplest most obvious thing any intelligent person would do, shop for their best offer.

If they do not close after the 7 day inspection period, then they will be looking for their own deals from then on, and you will not be working with them anymore.I know this way of doing business may seem harsh and uncomfortable for anyone who isn't used to talking to people this way, especially cash buyers, but I guarantee you that you will be successful if you stick to this method.
