It’s better to mark the price of a steak down and find a home for it than it is to try to get top dollar and end up throwing the steak away.

Pot smokers, partiers, people fighting/screaming/throwing things at each other, dogs that bark and howl all day and whine all night, unsupervised teenagers lighting backyard bonfires in the bbq grill while mom away at work, etc.  

I knew a process server that use to use those stryofoam boxes that had steaks in them , people signed for them all the time .

Personally I'd offer my tenants a $150 gift card to a steak house and refuse anything else or cave and hire my CSI team.

If you want a steak, you're not going to wait and try and check the grocery store every day for the perfect price.

This could be a big Hassel for someone to check and keep refilling tanks.This is also why I will only supply charcoal grills.

I'm just getting started and I was on the verge purchasing multiple individual softwares to make life easier until I ran into Max and heard about this one stop shop (ReiRail); which sounds great but, after careful research and DD, the sizzle is more than the steak but, I love the efforts and info that Max gives and kudos for that and, hopefully he'll be the first to the market with a more efficient one stop shop technology. 

I can't tell you how many little appliance widgets like george forman grills etc were left behind.
