@Brandon V.Hi Brandon,As @John Underwood is saying, the girl must have talked to an Electrician to know these things.If it were mine, I would consider this a heads up on the situation and have an Electrician out there Today on a service call to check things out and let me know what is going on, and what (if anything) needs to be done.I would do this for Tenant satisfaction and as a CYA in case of an unfortunate event.Good Luck!
