I enjoy video games (Destiny, NBA 2K19, Fortnite), Movies, TV and hanging out with friends over a drink or a cigar.

I have been involved in the past about sales managing and maintaining commercial properties as well as construction projects into retail, banking, movie theaters, and a hotel.For about a year I have been watching and listening to a gentleman that has about 25 years in the experiencing of successful real estate buying and selling apartment complexes and currently owns almost 5,000 apartment units. 

Except, maybe one of the newbies who will overpay because they just saw their favorite HGTV star 'make a killing'. 

I enjoy spending time with my family, and taking day trips to local favorites like the boardwalk and beach.I'm in the beginning stages of starting my investing career.

The One Thing, The Compound Effect, anything from Napolean Hill, and Tim Ferriss' books Tools of Titans and Tribe of Mentors are some of my favorites.
