About a year ago I installed new laminate wood floor in the living room of one of my rental units. 2 days ago I got a call from my long term tenant stating that the AC unit (in wall) was leaking and had destroyed the floor because it had expanded.

The difference is that infill lots are typically properties, that are in the middle of other residential homes and which may have previously had a house on it, that maybe have burnt or destroyed in some other way.
