Makes it all really cool.

Reading a lot of books, driving around my city (I actually found a bunch of really cool neighborhoods), meeting up with agents/lenders and letting them know of my plan, and going to local RE events.

., looks cool.

There are so many cool and exciting things going on. 

I will be starting one this summer and am curious if anyone has any cool “tricks” they’ve learned to get more bookings, get positive reviews etc. or if there are any horror stories out there!!

This should be the hottest time in the market but it seems to be oddly cool right now (mind you its still a hot market but not boiling over like it should be).I'm going to go out on a limb with nothing to really base on but next summer is when things could be the transissionary period.

I'm thinking that I'd like the following per unit:Ductless mini splits WITH heat pump3 zones (living, bed 1, bed 2)I could use some help in the process:Does this seem like a reasonable method of heating and cooling the units? 

We have a warehouse with no access to cool air coming in.

They have a cool food truck style courtyard built of all shipping containers.

If it still seems OK I walk around a bit check the neighborhood and building best I can w/o trespassing; sometimes by that time I get the opportunity to chat up a tenant who is coming or going-I am interested in renting I tell them-if you are cool they will talk longer than you need them to.
