You did make a good appointment that can effect the cost related to the age of the building.I just saw that the age of the building was included and I would see if there are any extra testing or repair costs associated with that age.

@Gerard Antonucci I used real estate express all online made studying and passing the test a breeze.

We lived in New Jersey for a short while, same story, we get water from local wells and my wife only drinks bottled water.

Happy to share my experience:I was looking to diversify geographically, and though maybe a small ($100K) property might be a good way to test drive Roofstock.

The typica test includes a magnometer (super duper metal detector) as well as looking for signs of a tank (vent or fill pipes, cemented over holes in the foundation wall where the lines came in, etc).

At this point, I'm thinking of doing just a soil test, but I'm scared that if it shows there's no contamination, but when I actually remove it there is contamination, there's nothing I would be able to do.

You heard it.Finally got to the place where I am going to take my test! 

GC is super simple  .the great thing about developers is no test no school just need good enough credit to get a bond and insurance.( which of course keeps many out of the game )))
