Even though I'm going to be discussing this in more detail at the BP seminar next month, I just wanted to get some input from the members here.If we have an administration, either Republican or Democrat that continues to offer freebies to the population at the expense of the soon-to-be minority, how are we able to continue doing this?

I found charts 7 and 9 shocking simply because they made points that I hadn’t considered before - the massive amounts of people 12, even 24 months delinquent on their mortgages, but still in their homes, happily spending away the money that they should be paying on their loans, and artificially stimulating the economy in the process so that our current administration can spin this into good news - consumer spending is up!

I should add to this whole conversation the fact that I am a retired Nursing Home Administrator and liability lawsuits were a cost of doing business.Yet Bill Gulley is right, we are a mad-dog-red republican state that is favorable to landlords, having only done away with caveat emptor a few years ago.I seek the middle ground.
