I think big box companies has been  working on increasing presence around here, walmart centers are in plans for development and also target has long term plan to increase presence in sw FL area . 

So pretty much it is all about the cash flow that being my income source, and without that I'm a greeter at Walmart!

They have a Chili's, Walmart, HEB, STC campus and they are currently developing commercial property just north of the Walmart.

@David KrulacNo, think about it many people could work just enough to earn 4500 and then quit.If I work for walmart it doesn't matter if i quit after 3 hours.

We just purchased Walmart's high-end cotton sheets.

You don't get help like that from the staff at HD who might have been selling shoes at Walmart 6 months ago.

@Gus Viano they use Chime, which allows the tenant to deposit cash at places like Walmart, etc. and then send it to the landlord via the RentRedi app. 

One time he bought a weed-eater at Big Lots (kind of a junk version of Wal-mart), and it was a reconditioned one at that.

Commercial buildings use painted masonry all day long, all the time (think Walmart with its painted concrete blocks) without any trouble.

It'd be like pushing your weight around with the cashier at Walmart.
