I grew up in Los Angeles, moved to Kansas City for a job, and now live and work in New York City with my girlfriend.

I grew up in Cleveland and have returned several times.

Then that slowly grew into me managing other people's properties and ultimately taking a portion of other people's profits. 

I grew up in this neighborhood, so I know it very well.

I grew up in Ithaca but am open to investing in any and all finger lakes areas as there is so many different niches.

I currently live in New Mexico, but my wife grew up in Virginia where we are planning to relocate to.

I am in escrow for our first rental property, close in a few days :) I grew up in the bay area but live in the Lake Tahoe area.
