When a contractor needs cash to get basic materials I don't do business when them.It is very tacky when a painter bids a job for a few thousand dollars, tells you how super busy he is and then asks you for a couple hundred dollars to get a few buckets of paint.

Both of my parents are blue-collar workers (Dad is a painter, mom worked in construction) who didn't have the opportunities they've presented me and I'd love to provide them with housing and possibly an exit from the "rat race" as their working careers come to an end.Thank you for taking the time to read this and I look forward to meeting you all.Mark
