This is not an insurance ad, but if you were in a car accident and spent the rest of your life in a nursing home, your family can't run your business, it would probably be sold off.

If they are, or will be, could be, in a situation where medicare or state assistance is paying for their nursing home/assisted living care they must qualify for benefits.
