Everett is a good option too and there I'd focus on this small little neighborhood that's close to the casino and right near nightshift brewing. 

So if this guy has 4 properties all around this area and he's boasting an 80% occupancy, I could really crush it on Airbnb...This was it...I was committing to Airbnb and renovating my unit to be among the BEST in my area. 

It wastes my time, the other agents time and the buyer and sellers time as I need to present all offers.If I was going to go to a casino to gamble (I don't), I could keep putting money into a slot machine and I might hit a big one but will probably go home broke.

You should see what is happening downtown for yourself everything from 99.9% occupancy rates, new business development, world class chefs, casino, lake, river, beaches, millennials are moving into and staying  within affordable downtown, major sports, new convention center and much more - its really AMAZING!!!!

In their alumni mailer, they boast over(please do not quote as I don't have the material in front of me) $300 million worth of construction to the college and downtown area.

On top of all of that, it boasts one of the best college football teams Ohio state buckeyes, which is very well known and has a cult following, and attracts a lot of people to the games. 

While this is a total generalization, South LT renters will usually be visiting the casinos and enjoying the nightlife.
