I'm from Massachusetts, and I'm specifically interested in land flipping, at least to start - the low barrier to entry, the simplicity (vs rentals), and ability to do it while working a full time job and being a dad makes it appealing to me. 

It shows there is a range for taking away parking from 67$ - $222 (Suggested reduction) and if the tenant is not happy with the deduction they can appeal it with the housing board for an amount decided upon by the housing board.

This is why Wholesaling was appealing to me.

Landscaping will make the most difference in curb appeal.

There is zero appeal to living in a house once owned by a celebrity.

You will get higher vacancy throughout the year (this situation is more appealing to transients), but you make up for it in the higher room rates.

Locking in your profits of your primary residence may sound appealing. 

One of the biggest appeals to me though is also always having a place to come back to in Chicago for the future.
