RichI like that analogy Rich, I agree, I don't like arms either except for specific cirumstances and arms do not count for this thread anyways.Here is where I think arms can be useful - in situations where you expect to be out of the investment inside a small period of time (2 years) and the arte on the arm you get is much lower than what you could get with a 30 year fixed, it would also be helpful in situations where we are now when rates are on the decline rather than the incline.
