The market is always changing, and rather than get upset about rising interest rates, falling home prices, more (or less) government regulation, supply chain issues, rent control or any of the thousands of other variables that affect the real estate market, we must be flexible and adapt to our current situation using the information we have. 

Realize that you are playing the long game here and your credit strategy will need to adapt and grow later on.
