Hi, I'm looking for some advice, and maybe a miracle.I have been in the wedding industry for 6 years and looking for my own small paradise to offer ceremonies for the last 3.  

The common theme?

You should build a really nice large paved patio/ garden on 1 of the acres and rent it nightly as a wedding venue.

Buying our first property was a challenge but finding tenants was even harder because of timing...we were planning our wedding around the same time of purchasing the property.

The plan is to get through the wedding and then begin our journey investing in real estate.

Purchase price: $205,000 Cash invested: $35,000 160 Farm that we plan to do Agri-toursim, tiny home cabins for Airbnb, retreats, weddings and other events.

He made it sound as this was a great way to find property (We were drinking at his sons wedding so I hope this is relevant).

I'm interested if anyone on here has any or much experience with owning a wedding venue?

.- They have no ongoing medical issues currently so let's say proximity to the Med Center is not critical. - They are homebodies with more interest in gardening than going out - a "cute" coffee shop and a local bookstore is plenty.
