I'm going to express a different viewpoint and say that if you've reached "enough", you'll know it.

I would consider perhaps looking at it from that viewpoint when you decide how to approach this.

From my view point as someone who has done a lot of it and seen a lot of it over the years..

Love the viewpoint of renting out rooms vs the whole house.

I’m assuming you are looking for commentary and comments from an outsiders viewpoint.

Full disclosure - I have an urban planning background...so my viewpoint has little credibility...we are barely smarter than architects!

Number two: I know it's late, but welcome to Bigger Pockets and I for one am extremely glad you're here and sharing your informed viewpoints.

I share similar values/viewpoints and offer my prospective tenants the ability to contact past/current tenants (for references on ME, as a landlord) with 100% confidence that those references will be glowing because of a lot of what you said in your post!
