We are agreement on those points but where we are not in agreement is "That's the nice thing about health insurance in Canada and the United States" This is what is wrong with health insurance in Canada and what is right with the US system.....unless of course you're a douchebag politician who uses taxpayer's money to take advantage of a system you've legislated against.

What's worse....they're giving out Nobel prizes to people who are advancing computer model conclusions to an unproven theory with ever increasing disproven elements - and you can search the archives here where some of the self proclaimed scientists CITE Al Gore's Nobel prize, which was based on these computer model conclusions with no proving of the theory, as some sort of evidence for justification when arguing for global warming/climate change legislation.

As stated earlier it's another excuse for the banks to harm the homeowners and make more money be getting the home back quicker throught the deed in lieu foreclosure.Here is a Msnbc’s Dylan Ratigan piece that is an indictment that the politicians are in bed with the banks. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/32450072/vp/36233217#36233217 If I was a politican and I was getting paid $355 million dollars in campaign contributions then I wonder what kind of legislation I would pass regardless of the interests of the American Citizen.I would educate all of the misinformed realtors and homeowners of the harm that HAFA will do to the homeowners and that they should just stick with doing regular short sales with good real estate investors.David H.

According to this new legislation, in many states of the country, owner finance is pretty much illegal now unless you are doing it with your homestead or unless you have a mortgage broker's license.My recommendation is to wholesale it and move on.

If they are in an R-1 zone, you will have a very difficult and lengthy process with an uncertain outcome because you would have to apply for a zoning change.
