How do ppl typically search for mid term rentals.

It's definitely more common up there (Gilpin County where the regs say you can camp for 30 days with a camping permit and neighbors are typically less likely to complain/ code enforcement is less likely to notice and enforce).

The only thing you typically have to pay up front is the appraisal (which can hopefully be paid for with CF from that property).  

To get above $700 your typically looking at a very nice 3 bedroom unit, possibly a side by side to get all the way up to $750.

Faster is better but you don't typically need the fastest available.
