I'm not super wealthy, but I do have some spoils of the trade to play with.I live in Malden, and have been educating myself to get into flips and rentals (loving BRRRR) in the area (Melrose, Medford, Malden, Everett, Saugus, Lynn, Stoneham, Reading, Woburn, etc.).I have never officially invested in real estate, but I have owned first and second homes for many moons, and they have been good to me so far.I've learned enough in my studies to know that real estate investment in this area and time is far from a no-brainer.

I was more on the lines of trading bitcoin for properties and funding rehabs with bitcoin and or bitcoin or crypto currency replacing cash all together.

, most of it is acquired through poker and i do make 5k per month (on avg because you can have like a 10k month but then next month be down like -1k like trading etc.) but it's not considered a real job i have the bank statements to prove to a lender but other then that i'm not sure what direction i should go any advice and posts are appreciated thanks!

I have mixed feelings about them as do many seattlites, but generally speaking they are more organized and better managed than the currently available alternative (tents, broken down RV or cars, or piles of cardboard) --- I'd trade a larger tiny house village for an equal reduction in the number of "unsanctioned" campers in an equal radius of my home (and investments) any day.That said, I do disagree with the "low barrier" ones (which allow drug use/etc).
