I completely agree with what you’ve said though, if you’re giving because someone told you to you need to stop immediately.

.- All hardware should be present, property secured, and in good working order (e.g. door stops, light fixtures, faucets, toilet paper holder, hand & bath towel bars, drawer/cabinet pulls, hinges, door knobs/locks, etc.).- Carpets must be professionally cleaned or, if necessary, replaced if there is excessive wear.- The yard must be in good order with no debris, either natural or other.

Some may think story stops there, oh contraire monfrair.

A large tree fell during the storm last week and took the stairs out so the tenant has no way to access the unit until we can fix the power lines and remove the tree which we're working on.
