I disagree with staying away from saturated markets. people are making 65-100k obviously having success.

That is awesome @Karan Singh for sure stay with your loving family.

But according to Zillow, tenants stay on average 3-5 years in a rental. 

When you do a refinance, you are signing a 1 year occupancy clause so you have to plan on staying in the home at least 1 year past a refi. 

If you feel comfortable, ask questions.

I use Roku Guest Mode on my TVs which wipes all logins at the end of their stay.

It’s taking Seller a while to provide the HVAC report but while time passes after due diligence - Flooring cost is way too expensive at the price point they’re asking for 130K + Care of property never took place till decided to sell so I’m not comfortable any longer - Home sits on corner lot on a slight hill with crawl space - Lots of weather changes has caused the home to settle + improper supports needed. 

One was a medical professional couple working at Beebe, the other a family relocating and needing a place to stay while their house was built in Lewes.
