Additional labor costs should be expected for any set up like cement floating or installation of hardi backer (cement board, etc) as well as additional labor costs for intricate layouts or details like metal edging or bull nosing stone.

I honestly don't know how Clayton and his wife say all this with a straight face, when I've personally read over a dozen stories where people were either scammed, lied to, or absolutely didn't get what they were promised.I am convinced that Morris Invest is only concerned with advancing their own legacy, while if their customers lose tens of thousands of dollars - so be it, no skin off their nose.

So, they spend a lot of effort in finding and closing economic loopholes that an REI'er can exploit.By hamstringing the private sector with rules that don't mesh with local real estate market conditions, the framer's primary goals of preservation are not met and they've cut off their noses to spite their faces.
