Utilities, site upgrades, engineering?

I'll have more of an idea on that early next week, meeting potential builders on site this weekend.

I'm fairly new to the site and not an expert on this topic but I'm interested in reading through others replies.

I am a mortgage broker and out-of-state real estate agent, I had one agent on-site and a GC/PM on-site too.

There are a lot of members that operate in Ohio on this site.

MLS - Realtracs and then that distributes it to Zillow, Trulia, and all the other big sites. 

While corporations must adhere to annual meetings, board of directors, minutes, bylaws, corporate officers, and franchise tax filings/public information reports, LLC’s have only Articles of Organization and Operating Agreement.  

We’ve done our research and there are no other short term rentals that offer an on-site gym or exercise room.
