Hello to all , So im 24 and for a while ive been contemplating what it is that i wanna do or study.

Hi guys, I am a 20 year old sophomore in college studying Accounting.

I've started studying different strategies, started reading some books, joined my local REIA , and met a few people in the process.

Hi yall,I am a college student studying civil engineering, I have a job lined up for after school but I still have one more year of school after this year.I am thinking why not but a 4 bedroom house and live in it next year and get a 3.5% FHA loan.

i also see an emerging CHEAPER market near the ferry terminals on the outer lands from seattle..ive talked to a handful of Agents in that area and i want to know from you guys think it would be a good move to start my investing career.im currently in the "now to find how to get finance" phase so things are moving.been studying BP podcasts for near 6-months...Thank you all !

Do it yourself-study up first.

Now I know a bit about some other areas of the city, but THIS is the area I study.
