@Chase Leibfritz, this is a two step process but can be done. 

I am in the process to register an LLC, I live in San Diego Ca.

Obviously that’s different than a spec home though and we have opted to not want to deal with a home owner and bank during the build process at this point.Hope this helps some.

I will then keep up the process to pay off a recently acquired duplex with about $72,000 in debt.
