It is a similar circumstance to that of an attorney collaborating with local counsel on particular legal matters.  

I have collected some initial data and presented on research that is based on tenant self-reports, but I am now interested in getting real-time business data.I am looking to collaborate with a larger scale landlord(s)/property manager(s) who are interested in helping me collect unidentified but matched data on screening outcomes, screening decisions (acceptance/rejection of tenancy), and basic questions about how the tenant behaves and your view of them as a good/bad tenant.My hope is to build a data collection process into at least one, but hopefully a few, screening processes, and collect data over a year, resulting in a research presentation/paper I can share.If anyone is interested in talking more about this, please PM me.

Firstly, thanks so much to BP for providing this amazingly informative and collaborative platform for real estate investing… what an awesome community it is!

Along with demographic changes, it will boost the collaborative economy in the coming years.In addition, life expectancy has increased, and it is more common to change jobs and location; That's why there are more rents and less home buyingAnd you, what do you think?

If I wanted to pursue real estate or any other of my interests I could no longer be burdened by all the thoughts that prioritized my job at the dealership over my own personal goals.

It may be tangential, -not to mention a little dated when you read the internet references-, but "Getting Things Done" for better or worse really got me into thinking how plan my day and prioritize my life.
