Hello Bigger Pockets family, I am looking to buy a multifamily in Brooklyn with NACA.

This year they’re real estate syndicators; three years hence they’re running and selling oil drilling participations, after that they’re involved in fin tech.  

I see a lot of posts on Bigger Pockets asking if I should refinance because my closing costs are XYZ.

Keep in mind turnkey companies do get bulk discount from their subcontractors and vendors, some company pocket the discount for themselves, some company pass onto the discount to their customers and offer a great price.

@Sarita Scherpereel so it's in a three flat building, but the zoning says there's only two units the basement unit based on what you said it's not illegal as it hasn't been cited by the city.

In our case, our lease specifies that if a tenant wants to break the lease early, they are required to pay three months’ rent as a penalty and forfeit their security deposit.This approach helps cover the costs of finding a new tenant and any potential loss of income while the property sits vacant.

We've fixed the handful of items they listed.Unfortunately, two or three weeks ago I got an email from a code enforcement about this now year old citation.

TIAIf you have an electronic record (bank statement, credit card, accounting software, etc) of the transaction the IRS doesn't require you to keep receipts unless it's a cash (took real paper money out of your pocket) transaction for $75 or more.

This may seem like obvious advice, but I'd say just get three or four quotes before settling.
