LOL an di have been doing this for a very long time longer than most wholesalers have been on the planet.its just a fact if they were ever wrung up they are going to be guilty of selling RE without a license.transactional funding aside.. its better that way.. they get paid on the hud as the sellerbut its the getting the people together in the first place that requires the license.
