I too think it would be so much easier to just work with the listing agent but I feel guilty for dropping our realtor out of the picture at this point.

If they're aware of a particular problem, they must disclose when cornered on it unless they basically "plead the 5th," in which case it is your responsibility as a buyer to perform your satisfactory DD.

So plead just plan ahead.

Meanwhile, she is spending well over $220, all the while complaining about how she can't pay for rent or groceries.Another classic example: a gainfully employed couple with a kid kept pleading poverty all the time, always behind in late payments.

What I need is a copy of the actual pleading, which shows that Landis himself signed the document copied, and the Clerk will stamp it with a stamp that says abstract of the judgment.

LOL an di have been doing this for a very long time longer than most wholesalers have been on the planet.its just a fact if they were ever wrung up they are going to be guilty of selling RE without a license.transactional funding aside.. its better that way.. they get paid on the hud as the sellerbut its the getting the people together in the first place that requires the license.
