Not just a larger group of attendees, but a group that is beneficial for all who do attend as a result of the strength which each person brings and shares.

Definitely not doing the work myself so it sounds like resale value won't be impacted if I have a licensed person fix the issue and provide evidence/documentation that it was done correctly.

I know someone who ahd a loand written at 10% from years ago and now they said a state is requesting more info on the loan because it was above usury laws and they may have to cut a check back to that person.

Hey @Craig Sparling - Interesting question...but I'd personally introspect on thought momentarily and then ask myself what I want to do moving forward or where do I want to be moving forward?

Even though we try to get to know our residents during their stay, it is probably impossible to truly personalize a gift for each of them.
