I’ve actually done deals with & been business partners in commercial deals & hes bought a couple properties from me as an agent thus far so trying to figure out the best way forward to make it win win for for everyone 

I've done major rehabs, owner financing, private money, partners, out-of-state investing, and Airbnb but still prefer the good ole long-term buy and hold.

To bring this vision to life, I'm seeking to build a team of like-minded individuals who are interested in partnering, collaborate on deals, and tap into the booming Miami real estate market and beyond!

Im wondering, wouldnt a way as a non-US resident to invest in real estate in the US on the same terms as US residents be as a limited partner in a syndication?  

My partners and I are flipping homes and doing some wholesaling. 

In my Captial partner business my clients are still doing BRRRR and selling to investors and home owners on flips..

You would be better served upgrading from your last one and becoming a small partner in a flip where you could bring your sweat equity and some cash and learn on the job more when it's not a family member.

During that time, I built up a portfolio of 250 doors with a business partner.
