There is an online calculator that tells you how much interest you have to give them (no it doesn't matter if you actually made that amount of interest or not on the deposit).

Let's just say I wouldn't get sucked into a REIT discussed on any real estate investor forum.

@Eva Salas, I don't understand why you would put your property manager on your insurance policy as an additional insured.

Sustaining maintenance/cap ex on a 3 unit property will exceed $900/month (average $300/unit).

One of the best things you can add on to your books and podcasts are real estate investor meetups in your area.

Now that same house you could have purchased for say $300K is now $325K+.So if you would have purchased that same home at a higher rate you are paying less versus a lower rate on the higher sale price.
