OP there are discount brokerages in each state that will charge you a nominal fee a month and a small transaction fee... here in on west coast there are literally hundreds of them.Dingo up in Ohio is starting list and sell realty and is I think 199 a month.. no transaction fee's.

In Pennsylvania when a property doesn't sell at the Judicial Tax Sale (Free & Clear Sale), it goes on a list (Repository List) where it can be purchases anytime for a nominal price.
