I also invest in other assets such as stocks, and private companies as well. for RE agents I see absolutely no conflict.. its their job.. not every agent starting out can afford to buy a rental.. and note very agent even wants to own a rental ( like me) I only like to deal in land when I sold RE to the public .

I have 1000 sqft so $250k.if I have no GC and manage all the subcontractors I will not have a Rolodex so have to find subcontractors and I’m sure there are a million other complexities.

The signing parties are "stopped" from saying anything different after they sign the letter.Each Tenant Estoppel Letter states the attached copy of the tenant lease is accurate and was signed by the tenant, there are no other written or verbal agreements, the tenant has paid rent through a certain date, and there is no prepaid rent other than the current month.
