You should be monitoring your listing every 7 days and be in touch with agent about showings inquires etc.

I'd have to pay for his lodging though since it's a bit far to drive back and forth.The interior comestic work really doesn't worry me, it's all work that I understand and could do myself if needed (which means I can instruct and monitor contractors).

I think to estimate annual occupancy you have to look at how active you are in monitoring the prices of properties around your rental.

This will also make it easier to sell.Other items that come to mind:Doorways: Are they wide enough to allow the wheelchair through AND turn corners.Wiring: Does the room where the child will be have adequate electricity supply for all of the monitors and machines?
